837 Washington Street is a six-story commercial office and retail development that blends an existing landmarked building with modern architecture to create an iconic building at the foot of the Highline Park. Upon completion the entire building was leased to Samsung Electronics America becoming the global leader’s interactive technology and cultural flagship. The project includes exterior terraces and an energy recovery unit.
