During the schematic development phase, SPN was contracted to assist the client to conduct an eco-charrette to set goals for energy, water, waste, indoor air quality, carbon footprint, and operations. Deliverables included a Sustainability Opportunities Report, an initial LEED scorecard and recommended energy conservation measures.
