Project
The project is designed for high performand3 and will include roughly 30,000 square feet of photovoltaic panels and 5,500 square feet of solar thermal collectors for domestic hot water heating. A number of other Energy Conservation Measures are being applied through the project’s participation with NYC’s 80×50 program, which seeks to reduce GHG emissions city-wide by 80% by the year 2050.
