headquarters using LEED’s v2009 commercial interiors framework to design and
build the office to Gold certification standards.

All interior paints and coatings applied on-site comply with the VOC limits.
All composite wood, agrifiber products, and laminate adhesives used in the project contain no added urea-formaldehyde resins.
Systems furniture and office seating are Greenguard and ANSI/BIFMA certified
Ventilation and temperature controls were provided to enable occupants with the ability to make adjustments to suit individual needs and preferences
Occupancy sensors have been installed for 93.5% of the project connected lighting load.
Energy-Star rated equipment and appliances were installed through-out the office.
