Ownership sought to strategically re-position this
Long Island City icon by investing in various building
improvements, pursuing LEED certification, and satisfying
the property’s Local Law 87 requirements.
SPN conducted a systematic analysis of the building’s energy equipment and systems to identify cost-effective capital improvements to maximize energy efficiency.
The energy audit report provided a list of recommended
strategies to save energy and help quantify energy savings
and estimate their cost and payback.
