The New York City Department of Design and Construction and the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission seek to reorganize and expand the existing Woodside FTA building. Energy conservation measures include underfloor air distribution, a large photovoltaic solar array, energy efficient VRF equipment and demand control ventilation.
